im sure some of you have already had to fix a hood latch or had the cable fall off, i had my cable break along with the inside hood lever so i had to pop the hood from under the car. in doing so im not sure if i could have popped the sensor out or messed it up at all. i used a long pry bar and wedged it where the latch is on the bottom that connects to where the cable connects on the top (its all one piece), so basically you just need to push it to the passanger side and the hood pops. so i dont see how i could have messed up that sensor. i just need to know where it goes in or how to access it so i can figure out why my hood keeps showing its open on my gauge display.
