I searched and surprisingly turned up nothing on this subject, but how do I replace the front door speakers?
I was able to remove the trim and 7 screws (4 in trim, 2 in the middle, 1 underside), but nothing budges.

There are multiple clips on the door that you have to pry off and most likely some of them will break. You should buy a bag of them from the dealer.
