Default How much power steering fluid?

I have been hearing a bad groaning sound for a while now and figured it was time to top off the power steering fluid. I was just wondering how much I need to fill it back up? I went to the dealership to get their special power steering fluid, but now I have no idea how full it should be? I can see the 3 lines on the dipstick, but do I need to fill the tank full, or just to the top line? I don't want to over do it and ruin something, or waste the expensive mineral oil stuff I just had to buy. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

fill until it reaches the "full" line.

Thanks, I actually didn't even see the words until I fully cleaned the dipstick because it was all gunked up with stuff. I was going to wait and let the car sit before doing the reading again, but from what it looks like it might pretty much be to the full line already..? I had one of my mechanics say that they saw some metal shavings in the fluid a while back which could be an indication my power steering rack may be going bad and needs replaced. Could this also be the cause of the groaning in the wheel at low speeds and when turned fully? If I check the levels in the morning and they are topped off already, should that be my next bet?
