Default installing front european license plate

Well, this seems almost ridiculous to ask, but for the life of me, I cannot seem to figure out how to remove the front license "filler" plate from my A4 B6 Cabriolet. It has that black plastic filler piece where a euro license would go. There are no screws anywhere, and the only thing I can think of is removing the entire bumper to get access to it. It seems located right in front of the metal bumper underneath. I gotta think there's an easier way. I already bought my custom euro-plate. Now I just want to put it on, and not with double side tape as I've seen in previous posts. Any suggestions? Thanks.

I figured it out! Apparently all you do is rip the plastic cut-out from the bumper, careful not to break the clips, and guess what? There are 4 screw holes underneath ready to mount a European license plate...
