Just hit 405awhp @25psi (dyno plots inside)
It's been a almost a year since I posted an update on my build but my goal has been achieved and the wagon has grown a bigger set of wings!
The setup is as follows:
GT3076 turbo
tubular exhaust manifold
custom intake manifold with 80mm throttle body
1.9L built bottom end
AEB head with +1mm Supertech intake and exhaust valves
Snow stage 2 meth injection kit
Here are the dyno graphs and all runs were done on Chevron 94 octane.
On this graph both runs are done at 18psi.
red line = no meth
blue line = meth injection using 175ml/min nozzle

blue line = 18psi with 175ml/min nozzle
green line = 20psi with 375ml/min nozzle

green line = 22psi with 375ml/min nozzle
blue line = 24psi with 375ml/min nozzle

and the final comparison which is most important...
pink line = 24psi, built AMB head, stock TB and intake (from November 3, 2008)
blue line = 24psi, built AEB head, 80mm TB and meth injection
How flat the tq curve is nuts!
