Knowing the difference?
I'm brand new in the Audi world. I have, not a clue, as to the ins & out's of Audi A4's. My question to all is........
From 2002 to 2005, Audi A4 1.8 had "front wheel drive" models and "all wheel drive models". By physically looking at the two models, how does a person distinguish which are the "two wheel drive" models and which are the "all wheel drive" models. If they are tiptronic, does that tell me which are which? Your help is most appreciated. Thank you

If it's auto, it won't really tell you which wheel drive it is. The tiptronic came with the quattros, while the FWD models came with CVTs (both also had an available manual transmission). Just by looking at the outside, there are no physical differences between the two.
Check for quattro badges on the grill, rear trunk, and passenger side dashboard.
