Default Lowering Car?

I have an 05 a4 with the s package. Does this mean it as already lower than an a4 without the package?

I am thinking about buying a suspension set up to lower the car about an inch and a half all the way around to fill in the wheel gap. And have had several friendsay not to because I will despise the way it rides and that the suspension now is good. Most of thesuggested buying 19 inch wheels andnot going with a lower profile tire to fill the gap. Anyone who hasbeen through thiscould you please let emknow what you decided and how you like the results. Pictures would be great also.

ya if you have the S package, I assume its got the sports suspension meaning that it is lower than most audis. I have sports suspension too and I have not replaced it yet because its in good shape. I was thinkin of getting billstein coilovers to make it a tad lower but Id rather spend my dough on some on a FMIC I desperately need. There shouldnt be a significant gap with the sports suspension. Other audis that dont have it look kinda retarded. I hate that huge gap. I would buy some 18s or 19's and I think you will be fine with how it looks. By the way, if you did get some new coilovers I actually think your ride would be better especially when it comes to cornering.
