Default Lowering issue!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OK guys so I had my a4 b6 1.8t lowered today. The front went great looks like it should. however the back actualy lifted an inch and a half from stock what the hell? I am taking it back to the shop on monday what can they do to fix it? They are tein s-tech springs and I got them new from tein! They said something about the audi being a multilink suspension car and need to be preloaded in the rear? what do I do?Thanks

Since I didn't get any response I assume no one had any idea what the issue could be. That said it is fixed! I had the shop put the rear springs on for me. Rather than use the spring compressor and the procedure that Audi recommended they loosened the suspension to pop the rear springs out with a pry bar. Then at full droop on a lift they put the tein springs on and tightened it all up! After some research(allot of it) I came to the concision that the suspiin in the rear needed tightened back up while it was loaded. So that said I took it back to the shop with what I had found and left there a happy camper. I will put a before and after pic on this thread! Thanks
