i have a 2004 a4 quattro thats pushing 25psi....... well not any more! im lucky if it boosts to 18psi and then i can hear the bov go off and it jumps to 10psi and then it will jump back and forth from 10 to 15psi...... anyone know what could be wrong? also its fully apr tuned and i dont know what turbo is in it. anything would be great, thanks! oh yea! its on a consistent throttle too!

 

Try turning your diverter valve around(hopefully it's not really a BOV like you stated). When installed backward, some DV's will create flutter. Sounds like what's going on to me.

 

i havent done one mod to the car since i purchased it...... so i dont think the DV is installed backwards...

 

Sounds like your modifications suck.......

 

or it just sounds like i want my car fixed....
