ok.. so.. I brought my 2001 a4 b6 into a tyre place to get new front tyres but when i looked under the car when i was washing it, I saw that the jack they used had gone through the plastic cover (covering the whole underneath the car) ..

I am wondering how I am going to remove this cover now ? i am putting the car on a lift soon and it has to be removed or else i will break 2 more holes in the back !!
Is there any diagram of the location of the screws and is there any tips for removing this panel ?
Any tips regarding this are all very welcome
