So I recently just bought for new shoes for my audi and wanted to get a alignment. I called NTB (Virginia) and asked can you guys do a alignment on a 2003 A4, "sure, bring it on it"Can't beat $130 with 3 year warranty

They set it up, of course i was watching every step. then the technician says, "uhhh we don't have the proper tools to do your alignment. WTF!!! but they gave me my paperwork.. my caster is fine but my toe is way off...

-1.56 Left front
1.03 Right front

Anyone know where i can take her for alignment, don't really want to take her to stealership!

P.S. (one good thing about my trip to NTB they were able to resurface my rotors..!!)

 

Just called the Stealership and its only $109.00...thought they would charge me a arm and leg.

Stealership is right 109.99 for a one time only alignment....as opposed to a 3 year 130.00 alignment.....I'd go with NTB but....I use to work for those bozos at NTB and by them saying we dont have tools means I dont know how to do it or he's too lazy. Also whoever sold you that 130.00 3 year was an idiot Audi is a specailty alignment (more crap to do) 3 year = 299.99 from what i remember so you got a steal. plus i would bitch at the manager about the crappy service. i know they can do the alignment i've done it before. if they dont have the right tool they should either buy it or get it from the nearest NTB/Tire Kingdom/ Merchant's another machanic is bound to have one.
