Odd Part missing, help identifying it

Odd Part missing, help identifying it
Newbie here; missing a little plastic piece on bumper. It's on the passenger side under the headlight and above the fogs.

Good eyes! I didn't even notice that!
I'm gonna check eBay now. VW dealership said they can order it for $40 (unpainted).

I appreciate the input. Can somebody link me or explain how to install it?
I received it from eBay today and plan on getting it painted. I want to install it myself but there aren't any instructions with it. This would be very helpful.
PS The forum search function is useless due to 'tow' in 'tow cover' being only three letters which is too short and not included in the search.
