So im driving down the freeway and my Low oil light comes on. I had my cars oil changedexactly 1073 miles ago. So i put in 1 qt of Mobile 1 0w 40 synthetic and nowim back to normal. Is this normal or is my car burning to much oil. There are not any leaks so what else could it be. Any info will help.

 

I had a similar experience, had to add oil about 2000 miles after service. My dealer told me there was nothing wrong and the oil usage was within "normal parameters". Yeah, right.
Turns out the washer on my drain plug was damaged and I had a leak in the oil pan gasket as well.
So definitely get it looked at.
You can try putting a piece of plastic under the car overnight to see if it's leaking out somewhere.
