I have a 2002 A4 Quattro. I keep getting getting a misfire in cylinder #2. below is the list of things I have already done to resolve this.

1. New plugs.
2. new coil.
3. re-wired coil pack harness (wires were corroded).
4. verified the injector is working.

I only get this misfire in cylinder #2. it only happens after the car has sat over night or for a very long time. it smooths out after 30 seconds. and as long as the car is hot it does not misfire.

PLEASE HELP!!!
