This is the fault code on the obdeleven. I was driving on the hiway when suddenly the rpm rev high as if it went to neutral. I pulled over and quick restarted the engine. After just a very few meters it happened again. Almost didn't made it home. What are the possible causes? Just changed the tranny oil last week. Car has 141k km.
