Please HELP! ABS + ESP Ligths on + Brake Ligth Flashing + Air Bag
Hi,
I bought an Audi A4 2003 1.8T a few weeks ago and at the time only the ESP had problems and one AirBag module problem (G180)
Recently a friend of mine tried to do the Steering Angle Sensor (G85) Calibration with his Vag-Com software on his PC thinking it might correct the ESP issue.
But now, I have the ESP Ligth On (Solid), the ABS Light On (Solid) and the Red Brake Light in flashing + the Airbag light still on (solid)
So he came back today to do a full rescan of the car, and we found that the car has the "01486 - System Function Test" Activated, so I tried many times to complete the Test procedure as stated is the ross-tech How-To, but it doesn't change anything.
I also have a problem with the Front Right brake which makes a grinding sound, so me and my neighboor dissembled the caliper and found that the pins where really thight, so we put some grease on them and reput the caliper on. We also found out that the brakes pads were "craked" (Can a cracked brake pads throws a flashing Red Brake Light??)
I also checked the battery voltage, it's 12.4v. Could it be a bad ground somewhere ?
The car is not chipped, it's the original ECU.
