Unhappy Please help .. Brakes dont "bite"

I have an 2003 audi a4 quattro auto 5sp.

Ever since I purchased the car, I have been unable to "screech to a stop" even if I press the brake pedal with alot of force and also the pedal has always been a bit stiff.

I got a VAG-COM error code that the brake booster had a pressure leak which made sense of the brake issue i was having.

I replaced the brake booster and flushed & bled the brake fluid .. now my pedal is a bit more spongier, but STILL cant get that "brake bite" or braking force.

I then replace the pads and rotors and re-bled the lines .. still same problem
but the pedal was now really spongy and would go almost to the floor.

so today, i just finished replacing the master cyl. and both front calipers, and bled the lines yet again... go out for a test drive and the brake pedal feels normal again but STILL cant get the car to stop promptly when i slam on them.

This issue is getting quite frustrating and I am all out of ideas.

so in summary i have replaced
brake booster,
pads (semi-metallic) & rotors,
master cyl.,
front calipers

I think the only things that are left is the vacuum pump and brake lines.

can anyone help me out?
