Default problems with alarm

i am posting for a friend who has an 04 or 05 a4 with a 3.0 in it any how the problem is when she closes her key the alarms goes off and will not shut off she has been to the mechanic and to the dealer and no one can figure out why its happening i figure this would be a good place to start maybe some one has had a problem with this before and knows how it got fixed anyhow all help is appreciated mostly i am just trying to get some ideas to relay to her so she can relay them to the people working on it. i don't own an audi myself not that i haven't looked at them but i know most car guys know more about their cars than the dealers who sell them. so thanks in advance for any help.

are all the windows down or sun roof open

it might be the interior sensor, it might be faulty
try turning off the interior motion sensor which are located on the driver side door where the trunk release is
