A question about APR affects on DV?

A question about APR affects on DV?

After I got APR stage I.. I started to get a BOV type sound.. is this normal?

slightly, yes, you are making double the boost as before, but it could be your DV has torn now as well... but it shouldnt be near as loud a BOV is

the best way to find out if its torn is to remove the airbox lid and drive around the block and if it honks or releases w/o getting off the gas, its torn
