After installing BlitzSafe Audi/M-Link1 v.1B iPod/Phone Adapter. All the lights on the radio except for the display turned off. I also lost my steering wheel controls for radio and cds.

I removed the blitzsafe thinking the device was faulty and these issues would reverse back to normal but the did not. I checked the radio fuses those were fine. Any other ideas??

 

I don't know if it matters but, when I installed my RNS-E I had to go through the VAG-COM programming to get my steering wheel to work again and to sync the lights with the switch, you might want to check that.
