the trunk on my audi stopped opening wit the handle and it wont open with the key and the back seats dont come down and i cant see screws to take off to get into the boot and i also have a flat wheel help thanks

 

have u unlocked the rear seats with your key? Also u might check ur fuse although i cant see why it wouldnt open when u stick the key in the trunk. mine will open even when the car dosent have a battery in it.

 

where do you unlock the rear seats ?

 

unlock them at the top next to the little handle you pull to get the seats down, you will see a small key slot

 

theres no handles there ?

 

on the right and left corners of the headrest. Their should be a lockiing mechanism. If not something is outta wack in your car.

 

had a look and there is no latch things either side of the head rest weird isnt it

 

Just as a sanity check to make sure you're in the right forum, you do have an A4 between the 2002 and 2005 model years, right? And it's not a convertible, right? (I don't know for sure, but I'd guess the convertible's rear seats might not fold because the convertible top might get in the way.)

I'd be pretty shocked if the owner's manual didn't have the info you're looking for. I don't have mine in front of me at the moment (it's in my car), but I almost think I've even seen pictures of the latches in there before, and my car certainly has them. Outside upper corners of the rear seat area, near the rear headrests, as others have said.

 

yeah its a 2003 audi a4 b6 its not a convertible and in the owners manual it has pictures of the little latch or handle things and where you put the key in to unlock it and there is nothing there on my car no latch nothing ?

 

do the seats match front and back?
