Rear Tail Lights and Brake Lights come on

Rear Tail Lights and Brake Lights come on

Hello,
I have a question. I park my car outside my garage on a slope and the next morning, my rear lights and brake lights are on.
Has anyone ever heard of why this may be happening?

I think i've heard about this problem before, not sure here or on Audizine... Dont remember waht caused it though.
