Hey, I know this isn't a B6 specific question, but what is the recommended time period on rotating tires on Audi's Quattro?

I don't think it's any different for a Quattro. Most tire guys will tell you 5000 miles. You can go longer but the more you do it the more even they will wear.

I've put about 15000 miles, and still havent rotated them.

i do it every oil change i got 60k out of a 40k set as for quattro rotation front to back for directional type tires non directional LR to RF RR to LF and the front in the reverse of the rears
