I have a problem with a rough idle. The dealer and a few independent Audi mechanics can't find what the issue is. I get average fuel mileage (24mpg hwy) and performance seems good, mostly at stops do I notice the idle being rough. Audi wants me to drop the A4 off a the dealer and have them use Audi tech to do a parts exchange game. I'm hoping someone has had a similar problem and can offer some suggestions.

04 A4 3.0 144K miles, Check engine codes;
P0432, P0421, P0300, P0301-02-03-04
Replaced;
6 Coil Paks. Recall (replaced 4 CP's 18 months ago)
Fuel Pump w filter
6 spark plugs
CAM sensors.

Cleaned the fuel system, injectors clean by Dealer
Checked for a vacuum leaks, Fuel pressure, Fuel rails & balance, Replaced and reflashed ECM, hot wire cleaned checked. All with no problems.

Any Ideas?

 

is it only when its in drive at a stop light or is it in any gear?


If its only in drive it could be transmisson mounts

 

I'm not sure, I notice the rough idle wile stopped. Someone else asked if the car was missing wile I was driving. I would need to dive and look[IMG][/IMG] at the codes to see what comes up.
