Do these fit directly onto an A4 without modification?

Depends on which ones you get. OE ones fit right on. Two minute operation. But $$$.
Ebay ones have to be glued on and body work done. They suck and you end up spending just as much when it's all done.

Yes the OEM S4 fit on just like your stock ones. We sell them all the time and I even have 2 of them in stock.

S4 door blades

Yes, it is a set of 4 door blades(2 front, 2 rear).
