Hey guys. New here and just taking a long shot in the dark but I was thinking about buying this AUDI A4 2002 for sale. Here is the link.

...and just like the ad says it won't crank but the car is in beautiful condition selling for $2,200.

So my question for the more experienced owner is this..Do you think it is worth the trouble of trying to fix? Or should I steer clear and avoid a can of worms? What do you think of the price?

If you know what a car sounds like with a snapped timing belt then its worth taking a look at. If it sounds like it has no compression (aka snapped belt) then pass it up as its guaranteed to have valve and maybe piston damage.
Now if the motor sounds like it should definately think about buying it because the worst it could be is a bad sensor, fuel pump, relay etc.
