Default 99 2.8 Won't start. Cranks but doesnt start. Low or nonexistent fuel pressure.

I have been messin with this for awhile and am at an impasse. Tried to start the car and it ran real rough then died. From there it would crank but never start or turn over.

Thus far I have done:

1) spark plugs (gapped) and wires
2) valve cover gaskets (wells had lots of oil)
3) new battery
4) new breather hose (http://www.audiworld.com/tech/eng79.shtml) as old one was obv broken
5) new fuel filter
6) new fuel pump

So, all of the plugs had spark. I disconnected the fuel line and it was intermittently spurting small amounts of fuel out. Thats when i did the filter and pump. Pump was/is getting 10.5V which should be enough right? After swapping pumps, no fuel comes out of the line when cranking fwiw. Can hear the pump start.

The old pump still starts when powered up too, I just thought something internally was messed up that it wasnt shipping fuel down the line at the right pressure.

So right now there is little/no fuel getting sent down the line despite the pump starting and getting 10.5V.

Also, wtf connector does this car take to check the pressure? I rented a gauge with a bunch of connectors but none of them screwed into the line. Googled around too. Not sure that matters right now as the pressure is apparent.

Find the fuel pressure regulator. There's a vacuum line to it from the manifold. Clamp that line with a rubber-tipped clamp (so you don't damage it) and try to start it. If it starts, the FPR is bad and needs to be replaced. If not, then the FPR is ok.

From troubleshooting my car when my pump died, I recall seeing 12v at the pump when the new one was in though. I'm wondering if your ignition switch may be going bad and not allowing full voltage to the pump...

OK, clamped the vacuum line on the FPR and still has the same issue.

Also tried it with the fuel line disconnected and nothing came out. Can't understand why fuel isn't getting delivered via the line. It does have gas lol. Do lines get blocked? There is no leakage.
