should i buy??!!
So find another Audi. Auto trader is always going to be priced higher if that's what he wants to go by let him.
If you're really interested in the car just watch his posting and in 2 weeks if it's still for sale make him another offer. Chances are he'll be more willing to come down on the price.
KBB has it valued at under $4500 and that's for excellent condition. Granted I don't know all of the feature but that price includes the premium wheels and cold weather package. So call it $4500 in excellent condition for some feature I most likely missed.

As far as I know if you take care of an Audi it will run for a while. I haven't owned one for long enough to really say, but at 150k miles I personally wouldn't worry about it.
Yes clean retail, you're buying privately, big difference.
Correct. That $8100 would most likely be what the dealer would list it at. That is how I've always read it anyways. That's why it says retail, a private sale isn't retail.
Basically... all stealerships jack up their prices and it is almost always unreasonable. So if someone buys the same car from the dealer as private party, they pay a lot more for the same thing. Selling private party for dealership prices probably wont get your car sold very fast though.
