^^^Sounds like a deal to me man! I would be tempted to have it done through dealer myself if I could find one willing to do it for $371.00. While its never a good thing for the tranny to start acting up like that and there is the possibility for some excess wear that occured I would bet that you caught on to the issue soon enough to prevent anything detrimental. A little due diligence may have certainly(fingers crossed)payed off. Hope that's the last time the tranny acts up on you. Don't forget to do it again in another 35k-40k. Good luck Sunnyshaida, glad I could help you out a little bit.

Also make sure that they update your throttle body to the revised version if it has not been done already. The dealer will be aware of what I'm talking about. Wish you the best, good luck!

Got it done...the guy that helped me was really nice...it was first time I was there so he gave an additional discount so it was only $345 and they washed my car after too

So far it's running alright

Dude I still feel the shudder sometimes...do you think it's still trying to adjust? Could it be because the throttle body isn't reset...**** I'm trippen

Possibly the adaptation didn't take or the valve-body did not get replaced would be my guess. Who did you take it to?

Rusnak Audi dealership...should I call them and ask? Would they even remember because on the print out they gave me it said transmission flush...it didn't get into specifics about the valve body

Yes I'd definitely ask them about the valve body. The TSB 37-08-01 Vehicle shudders prior to stopping; possible MIL on (DTC P1773/18181 in TCM) (January 4, 2008). States that the valve body be replaced with the re-designed one.
