System in Audi?

Im thinking about changing my system, right now i got the stock Audi Radio with cassete, and want to upgrade it to a Clarion NX-400, with 2 12 inch Alpine Type R's, what you guys think on this one? subs in an audi?

Lots of people have put subs in their Audis. It all a matter of personal preference. If you want to have a killer sound system in your car, then subs in the way to go.

alright thanks, im looking for a new DVD Headunit, i found a Pioneer AVH-P3200DVD for $223, just wondering if this one is good?

i have type r's in the rear on a stock deck. Dosent sound bad might want to con sider replacing the stock speakers as well cuz over time they will start to cut in and out.

Is this due to the speakers themselves? or the wiring? i have heard people say that it has to do with the wiring going through the door hinge...any ideas?

I would have to say its the wiring in the door. because its not just one that does it both of them do and for both of them to do it at the same time seeems odds. Dunno though never found a fix for it.

i have the premium bose sound system...sounds pretty good but the small stock sub in the trunk rattles sometimes with songs with base...like it sounds horrible idk why if it's broken or thats just how it sounds lol.
