tapping/popping noise from steering column?
hi guys,
I was out driving around last night, and there was a kind of popping noise coming from the steering column when turned in either direction past a certain point. it happened a handful of times and it hasn't acted up since. my first guess was the clock spring, but i really dont know. the car is a 2003 a4. anybody have ideas or experience with this? thanks!
