What do guys think? I have dolphin grey right now but I really love the white. Anyone knows how much will it cost for a good/decent paint job.

PS: Anyone here in the bayarea know a good tinting place? and one that will do 35%-20% on front driver and passenger. Summer is coming and its gonna be hot!

I would say somewhere from $3000 till $10000 ( if not more) it all depends what "white" you want.

 

wow over $3000, nvm. I thought it was gonna be around 2k.

 

I wouldn't waste your money on painting a car with already good paint. Plus to do it right you would have to pull the motor and all the panels to get the jambs and that is such a hassle.

 

I would leave the car the factory color. If you don't do the job right you are going to hurt it's resale value. Even if you pull the motor and get the jambs anyone who lifts the carpet will see the original color. If you want a white A4 that badly, sell the car you have now and find one in white. Any money you loose selling your current car will certainly be less than what you would pay to correctly paint your current car white.

 

Just leave it the way it is.

 

Yea man, grey looks good already, and whats good about it is that the dirt on your car wouldnt be as visible as the dirt on a white painted car. So why change it? You might as well use the money you thinking of repainting into investing on a bigger project. Normally to repaint probably cost ya around $2500.

 

As If don't do it i have Grey and it looks awesome well i think, or tho black wouldn't be bad, but i ain't sure painting mine...
