Ohhh i never get the ticket. I just have to sit on the side of the road while the cops run my plates and license and all that other BS. **** one time i was sitting there for 30 mins i just wanted to get home and i am always nice but this time was getting ridiculous.. so i sat there and the cop didnt believe my reasoning for having the tinted windows and i just finally said to him that he should just give me the ticket and I will fight him in court. By that time he believed me and just let me go. The only thing I lost was a half hour worth of time.

 

I've been apologized to for being pulled over before, but I knew the cops family well, how do you get out of tickets about having tint? What is your reasoning? Is it medical (if so, I don't mean to pry..) or something else?

Migraines suck, my fiance gets them a lot. I've learned to pretty much do what she says when she says it when she gets 'em. Sometimes I worry she knows that fact, but she'll be excited to learn the opportunity for full tint. She doesn't speed so no need for radar detector.

First of all not full tint. the note says light tint. and second of all i dont even get migranes. i know the doc.

 

is it all around? when I said full I mean all glass. Probably not the windshield, but around here I think its windshield + front drivers and passenger windows you can't have tinted at all. She has a coupe, so that pretty much means all she can tint is the back window. She's been wanting one of those metallic-like tints that are the same color as the (dark teal) car.

 

ohhhh i was referring to the darkness of the tint. i have everything but the windsheild done. in IL it is illegal to do the windsheild, driver and passenger windows.
