79,500k miles on my 04 A4 1.8 Cab; I had the timing belt replacement service, new front and rear brake pads, as well as updating on spark plugs, filters, etc. It cost about $3000 (ouch) at a dealer...

My car now drives like new. Like new I tell you... like new. $3000 well spent.
