Tips on installing snub mount

I just picked up an apr snub mount and was wondering if anyone had any tips on installing it. Is is something easy in a garage w/4 car stands or is it something highly recommended on a lift?

i just installed a neuspeed and took all of about 15 minutes. all i took off was the arm bracket and i was able to squeeze it back into place. i do have a little vibration now...

1.8T or 3.0 engine? Very easy on the 1.8T, here are some good instructions:

If I'm not mistaken, you have to remove the lock carrier for installation on the 3.0.
