Yes, I made the stupid mistake of towing my car nearly 30 miles after a radiator hose broke in the back of the engine. once i fixed it and was ready to start it up the car just jerked foward as if it was in gear. we got the car to drive by quickly throwing it in to drive and it drove fine shifted gears and everything. once you got to a stop it shut down on its own as if it was in a higher gear. please oh please tell me this is an easy fix.

 

after worrying that i messed up my transmission i found the solution to the issue. I simply reset the transmission by leaving the key in the on position and held the gas pedal down all the way for 20 seconds. press it hard enough so the button below the pedal is pressed.
