...and the used B6 saga continues...
Thanks...
Man, I have three BMW e30s' and thought they were maintenance pits...
I simply got juked by the PO...not the first time and surely not the last.
I guess I'll be an Audi expert in no time...just wish it wasn't the accelerated program.
If I didn't do all of the maintenance myself, I'd drive this thing off a cliff and be done with it.

The big chunks picture look like something I found on the floor of my fraternity bedroom after a grain party. I disavow all knowledge of who did it.
On the other hand, with 120k miles and a different foot, it does not surprise me that the clutch went. Once you are through this pain, we'll keep our fingers crossed that the turbos are good.
PS-I read the A4 forum because I bought my daughter a 2003 A4 3.0 MT6 three years ago. So far so good, other than replacing the cats under warranty. But only owned from 69-91k miles.

LOL..the "present" is gonna be me not having to work on it for a week...
Good news is it has made it 100 miles without something going wrong since Sunday...WHOOT!
Honestly, the clutch R&R wasn't too bad considering I did it with the car on 16" stands and had no help...other than my trusty floor jack.
Next will be Konis' and springs. I believe the original owner was a cone packer who removed the aftermarket suspension and replaced it with stock springs and dampers, leaving only the GIANT H Sport sways. Giant sways and crappy dampers make for an interesting ride
