^^^ LOL he just told you it is UNNECESSARY to use the battery if u follow his instructions.

Yes but I advise against it, more chances for something to go wrong. Going to the battery to power you headlight is the equivalent of using a nuke to kill a fly

My friend got his HID kit and i plugged the harness into the two wires and then i connected the ballast onto the battery and works fine he has an 02 Audi, do you think there might be any problems with that later on ? or is it the best way to do it the way the akaESCool said previously the problem is that he doesnt want to cut any wires or ffuck anything up

He gave u an example why u should go his way)) I have it done the same way (no battery) and prolly other 80%.

i realized that if i turn my head lights and fogs on b4 i start my car none of my lights on my dash board/error codes come on...this car is so weird
