Weird duck noise coming from engine/exhaust
Hey there guys I'm having a problem with my 2002 1.8t. When I'm driving there seems to be a loud duck quack or some kind of noise coming from the engine bay or exhaust while I drive I don't know the problem but help will be appreciated

Search the forums for 'stowaway turbo mallards' and you'll find plenty of answers to this exact situation. Just about everyone I know with a kick-*** 5 valve per cylinder turbocharged engine has had to evict the little buggers at least once. Sometimes out of desperation they'll even hide an a 4 valver. Poor things.
I admire their taste in internal combustion technology, but wish they could resist all the quacking when I'm driving. Scatter some torn up wonder bread pieces around the car and wait for them to get hungry. Try #6 shot in a standard 2 3/4 field load if you want to be sure they don't come back. Make sure they're clear of your car to avoid any friendly fire incidents with your prized audi.
Sorry man, I couldn't resist. At least I've got that out of the way so the competent mechanics can focus on what's wrong with your car =)
Cheers

hahah ^^ ur a dick. but I got the same problem. Check your fuel mixture to see if it is too rich. Im getting that noise because of high pressure in my engine from the high mixture. Im pretty sure its coming from the AC.
the noise is coming from the right, and right after a shift, rite
