What is this and why is it leaking

Thi is right at the drivers side rear wheel. And the leak looks to be oil???? Which doesn't make any sense

It's hard to tell from that picture but is that part of the suspension? It could be grease from a torn CV boot.

That the best I can do with a floor jack. Camera is on the floor pointing up. It's right before the wheel

I would guess cv boot as well along with Jason

its looking more like a body mount to me, cv boot would be near a moving part correct?

this picture was taken from the ground straight up. nothing moves horizontally over there?
