Window frame dissasemble to replace regulator ?
Hello,
My green clip (on window regulator) snapped on passenger rear door. Bought OEM part and have the door panel off. I understand i have to remove the window frame to replace the regulator. I have removed the light green torx screws and i get some play but the frame will not lift up and out. I have removed the lower screw that attaches the regulator frame to the shell also. I've been through numerous threads that discuss the regulator needing to be replaced but no detail on how to remove the window frame to get to the screw that attaches the top part of the requlator to the frame. Any insight to screws i have missed or additional help ?
thanks in advance.

Thanks again !
Will tackle it tomorrow. Gotta love the quattro. Moved up here to Park City, Utah from Illinois last winter and the A4 ripped thru all the snow we got last year. You otta consider opening a sister shop out here. The dealers are 2 weeks out on service calls and non dealers are 4 weeks out. Lotta Audi drivers and not enough qualified mechanics.

Indy audi mechanics won't be able to cut it in later years. Audi specifically makes special audi tools to work on componets on all their new cars that you have to buy to work on them. Dealers spend hundreds of thousands of dollars on audi specific tools every few years. I wouldn't be able to keep up, other manufactures are following this example as well.
