I am attempting to access the Windshield Washer Motor, however, access to it is extremely difficult. I initially did not see it from under the hood, and so, finding some examples of how it was housed above the tire well, beneath the fender, I attempted to take the driver's side wheel well cover off. This did not go well, because the very top metal screws do not want to come out.

That said, I then found that I could identify the pump from under the hood.. However access to it continues to be a giant puzzle.

Any and all guidance will be greatly appreciated.
