Windshield Wipers Broke
Hello,
I have a 2004 A4 and we have had a really bad ice storm here and I turned my wipers on before the windshield was completely defrosted and they stuck so I broke them loose and now they rest in the middle of the windshield. It appears as though the actual motor or what the motor is attached to swing the arms was stripped out of its normal place. Does anyone know how hard it is to get to the motor so I can check it out. Or if any has dealt with anything like this before. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Nathan

This procedure details removing and repairing the wiper motor/transmission assembly. Found it by searching wiper transmission.
