My son was in his way home from school tonight when his car broke down. He said the oil pressure light came on then the battery light then it just shut down, it won't crank or anything. It's throwing a crank sensor code is all I got so far. I just had it towed to the body shop I work at so I can look at it tomorrow. Any pointers on what to look for it start? Thanks for any help

 

Not a 100% sure, but I think the crank sensor would prevent the car from starting (it is trying to keep you from damaging the engine). Best bet is to pull all the codes, but that sensor could be your issue.

 

I had it looked at and it's internal and they said it's junk so I'm looking for a motor now. Found a few out there just have to decide. Thanks
