2006 A4 2.0TDi Avant dipped headlights not working, help?
Hi guys,
I would appreciate any help i can get on this subject, i've had the car just under 12 months and come to get in it this evening to pick up the misses and i've got no dipped headlights, just side lights, full beam and spots.
My switch has the auto position and it dosen't matter to which position i turn the switch i only have side lights or full beam if i push or pull the left lever from the column.
I've looked at the fuse box and i don't seem to be able to find the fuse for headlights as when i look at the cover and the manual headlight fuse doesn't seem to be listed anywhere unless it's called something different than headlights or dipped beam or something of that nature.
A quick response would be appreciated so i can pick up the misses otherwise it's taxi for her

Hmm, it appears there is no fuse for headlights from what i've been told, maybe it's a relay. I took the interior trim down below the steering column to reveal some more relays and fuses does anyone know which relay it could be?
Are there more relays under the hood as from having a search i can't see any?
Also can i assume that as my light switch which has 2 positions where the dipped beam should come on but doesn't (auto and dipped) that its not the switch as both contact would have to be no good?
I'm assuming from the lack of response no one has a clue????
