Default 2007 A4 Wood Panelling Replacement

Hi guys!

I just bought a 2007 Audi A4 3.2 Quattro Cabriolet and I hate the wood panelling. I have found a couple kits that will replace the trim if you DONT have wood trim but so far no luck.

Any ideas or is it possible at all to get rid of this faux wood trim??

Welcome to AF! And congrats on the new purchase!

I'm thinking you could either check with the parts department at your local Audi dealer to order replacement OEM trim pieces. Or you could go here and try to find them all:

2007 AUDI A4 QUATTRO Parts - AudiUSAParts.com

Or you could also go carbon fiber: oCarbon - Audi A4 B6/B7 Carbon Fiber Interior Trim for A4, S4 & RS4

That's all I can think of for now, good luck!

Another option would be to try your hand at what I did in my B5, idea courtesy of ImTheDevil. Since you're more or less going to be pulling the trim out anyway, whether you replace it with OEM parts or not, might as well give this a shot:

I also got tired of looking at that ghastly wood trim and when I saw what Devil had done with his, he gave me the skinny on doing the same and so that's just what I did: pulled the trim off the panel, took a can of spray glue and a properly cut piece of microfiber suede, wrapped it on there, put the piece back in the panel and voila! Completely redesigned interior (seriously, you'd be surprised just how big of a difference changing something as small and simple as that beltline trim makes) for about $20 and a couple hours of your time And the suede comes in a fairly wide palette of colors so you can do whatever suits your tastes best; or, if suede isn't your cup of tea, you can always do it with whatever other fabric suits your fancy
