-S Line 3-Spoke Steering Wheel w/Shift Paddles ?

Does this seriously exist?

No. That makes no sense having paddles on a manual. Is your stick going to magicly move itsself to the next gear? This question really makes no sense. I'm sure you couls swap wheels but the paddles would be useless.
