Curious if I can swap out the halogen H7 headlamp assembly with something with an LED stripe, such as the following:

I'd also have to install ballasts & the actual HID lights in the assembly, right? Anyone know if I'd need anything else?

How easy is it to remove the assembly itself? I poked around, it looks like a few T30 screws, does anything else have to be removed to do this?

I'm not sure whether you install the ballasts in the assembly, or just tuck them somewhere in the engine bay.

To remove/install the assemblies, you have to take off the bumper, or at least undo the top and side screws so you can pull the top forward a couple inches, because it blocks the headlights from sliding forward.
