stop throwing all these possible mods at me, i'm trying to stay away from this addiction.

 

Well, if you do this mod, I'll trade you your stock headlights and HID so you can to the halogen conversion

 

nah, i like my xenon, if i wanna do that mod, i can just take the whole light compartment out and paint black, same thing and i still have the xenons.

 

Any idea where this headlight is manufactured? And whose projectors and reflectors are used? I used to work for an automotive aftermarket manufacturer / distributor, and have come across different headlights and taillights from many aftermarket manufacturers. IMHO, none of the headlights were up to snuff in terms of beam patterns. There is a reason why the OEM ones cost so much.

Maybe the European OEM ones are the way to go.

There seem to be less vertical lines separating the reflecting surface compare to the USDM version. Maybe that would give a cleaner beam pattern.

And of course, it's more expensive for AudiNam since he is the baller with the HID's. My advice, save up your $$$, and get the European OEM ones.
