I have a question! I have an 08 Audi A4 2.0T S-Lineand I feel like there is a lot of wind noise in this vehicle. Does anyone agree with this or should I bring it in to get looked at? I turned in my leased 05' 325i for this car and my BMW never had wind noise like this. Especially on the freeway is when I hear the wind noise..

But I dont want to bring it in if this is just the way this model was built.

Also, when I look at the little wrench thing on the computer of my car it says that i need an oil change in 4k but i have been reading that its every 10k? Is my computer programmed wrong or something on my car?

Mine is pretty noisy too, but not to the point of sounding like something's wrong.I think it'sjust the shape and location of the front pillars on theB7 combined with the coarse engine andtire noise.My ARismuch quieter inside thanmy A4.

 

what milage does your car have... they are every 10k miles, but they stagger it and do it at 5k, 15k, 25k etc...

 

Oh and about the oil change. Your car might be programmed with the Euro service schedule vs the US?

 

Haven't noticed it. So far it has been one of the smoothest vehicles I have ever driven, and aside from the motor it is very quiet.
The sport suspension is noticeably stiff over bumps at speed, but I was expecting that.

 

I know this is an old thread, but yes, there is a lot of wind noise on our B7 A4s especially when you're on the freeway going 65-70+mph.
